Questions for sandan
1)Write about standing rei and sitting rei.
2)Write about 'ma' in iaido. ('ma' means 'interval'/'space'/--part of
the timing in the kata)
3)Write what you know about the relationship between Kendo and Iaido.
Five waza in six minutes. Four from seitei and one koryu. The koryu is
optional--one could do all five seitei, own choice of which ones.
Sageo is worn.

Shodan-Nidan Applicants:
- Explain the importance of the use of Metsuke in the practice of IAIDO
- Explain the term Ki Ken Tai Ichi and its importance.
- What does Enzen no metsuke mean.
- Give at least 5 safety checks yous hould undertake before practise.
- Name the Kata forms of the first level of your respective Koryu Ha.
Sandan - Yondan Applicants:
- Explain the relationship between Iaido and Kendo and its importance.
- Describe the meaning of Mushin.
- Supply a drawing of a Nihon-To without any forniture and name 10 parts.
Godan Applicants:
- Describe the meaning of the word Fudoshin.
- Explain fully the term Shu Ha Ri.
- Explain your understanding of these two terms:
Katsujin Ken and Satsujin Ken
