Hierarchical structures

Usually as a leader you need supporters, and they will have some privileges than the "normal" people.
And so a hierarchical structure was born.
Those who are in a hierarchical structure will fight against those in a lower level, in order to avoid that they can become a danger for the own position, and at the same time they will fight against the ones in the upper position, with the aim of reaching this position above.
In this situation, the original reason for such a structure do not play any role anymore, and this is detrimental for the whole organisation.
